Decorations to main reception area, stairwells, two dining areas & common area
corridors.
Work included stripping of some walls and relining. Emulsion ceilings &
walls, and painting of existing woodwork.
These works had to be carried out of normal working hours so there would be
minimal disruption to the residents.
Works had to be carried out on a tight deadline.
